Defensive Line Football Training at Kansas City Athlete Training for both youth and high school athletes with group classes and private training along with camps and speed and agility classes for all sports and athletics in Kansas City Missouri

Kansas City Athlete Training offers group Defensive Line and Defensive End Training on Wednesday Nights as part of our Kansas City Athlete Training Football Academy. 

Defensive Line Football Training part of the Kansas City Athlete Training Football Academy focuses on the techniques needed to play an interior defensive line such as tackle or nose and defensive end positions on the football field. We work every class on an athlete's stance then progress to gap alignment and using hands to strike the offensive player.  This class is highly recommended for any youth, middle school, and/or high school football player looking to be successful playing defensive line.

Class is lead by former defensive end for the Oklahoma Sooner's John Williams along with former Washburn defensive lineman Ian Williams.

Football Academy – DEFENSE - Defensive Line Group Training - $30.00

Football Academy Classes have ended for 2024 and will pick back up in January of 2025.

WE DO OFFER PERSONAL TRAINING STILL, PLEASE CONTACT US FOR MORE INFORMATION HOWEVER OUR GROUP KANSAS CITY ATHLETE TRAINING FOOTBALL ACADEMY CLASSES HAVE ENDED FOR THE REST OF 2024 AS WE NOW BEGIN OUR IN-SEASON SCHEDULE FOR THE FALL OF 2024.

  • CLASS TIME: Wednesday Nights from 7:35pm to 8:35pm (returns in January 2025)
  • CLASS DURATION: 1 Hour
  • Location at Facility - Inside Back Area Turf
  • Targeted Age Groups - Youth, Middle School, and Early High School
  • Recommended class for Defensive Ends, Defensive Tackles, Nose Guards, and Rush Linebackers
  • $30.00 per class or Unlimited Plan F, G, H or I
  • Lead Instructor: John Williams (former Oklahoma Sooner)
  • Assistant Instructors: Ian Williams

 

 

 

CLASS REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

You do not need to pre-register for any of the classes, simply arrive early for the specific time slot desired and pay at the class. Upon your first visit to Kansas City Athlete Training you will have to fill out a Release Waiver. All Classes can be paid at the location either in cash or by credit card.  We offer a new monthly plan options as well.
