How To Attend A Class?
After reading about our various training opportunities you are now ready to attend a class. We recommend checking out our Group Training Schedule page for class times.
CLASS REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT
You do not need to pre-register for any of our group training classes, simply arrive early for the specific time slot desired and pay at the class. All Classes can be paid on-site at our location either in cash or by credit card. Aside from a pay per class option, we also offer an unlimited monthly plan option.
LIABILITY/RELEASE WAIVER
All first time class attendees are required to have their parent or guardian sign a liability/release waiver before starting any class. A printable form can be found within our downloads page of our website by clicking here.
Do I need to my have my child bring their own drink?
YES. You are allowed to bring in your own water bottle or drink and we do sell bottled water and Gatorade for $1.00 and have soda available for parents for $1.00 as well.
What type of shoes to wear?
RUNNING SHOES, CLEATS, OR INDOOR SOCCER SHOES OR ALL PURPOSE SHOES The main surface we use for our drills is field turf however we do use mats and sometimes work outside so we recommend that athletes wear indoor turf shoes for the best traction and safety when walking or training between surface however running shoes and cleats are allowed.
What to wear to a class?
Work Out Clothes, T-Shirt and Shorts. Wear clothes you can move in and be comfortable.
Are parents allowed to stay and watch?
YES We do have limited indoor seating available where parents can watch the classes and all parents must stay off the turf area. When weather permits we open our garage doors for parents to view the classes from the parking lot. We have FREE Wi-Fi, clean restrooms, and drinks available.
Are classes for both boys and girls?
YES. The classes are open to both boys and girls. We train both boys and girls in our sports performance group classes, weight training, and football academy classes and all classes are open to both boys and girls.
